What was the hardest part about making your ePortfolio ?

  • Getting to make a website was a very exciting task. Although along the way I did encounter some challenges. The hardest part about making my website was choosing my color scheme.

What was the easiest part about making your ePortfolio?

  • The easiest part of this process was choosing the template. There was a lot to choose from ,but I was able to find one that was perfect for me in no time.

Do you feel as if your ePortfolio does a good job of highlighting your online presence? Is there a section you want to work on ?

  • While I am confident in my online presence I do feel I can expand on my resume section. In spite of that one section, I feel this site does a great job of highlighting both my creativity and professionalism.

What are some changes you made to your eportfolio page ?

  • I decided to completely change my eportfolio . As far as color , layout , and design. It was also a little hard to navigate through , especially with the colors and the design I chose. I think my new and improved sight is easy maneuver through and overall looks better.

What was your best experience with a leader (either work or personal experience)? What characteristics did you appreciate about their approach.

  • When my great grandmother got sick the whole family had to come together and help out. For a while task and schedules were very unorganized. It wasn't until grandma stepped up that things started to go smoothly. She worked with everyone to figure out schedules, weekly task , and had to also be a support system. The thing I appreciated most about her leadership was her dedication. She there every week to talk to everyone and make sure the system was going as smooth as possible.

Describe an event you attended that was poorly managed (ex. Concert, graduation, festival, perhaps even a wedding?) What about the event was troubling? Did the event staff manage the problems (in your observations)? What would you have done differently?

  • A couple years ago I went to a family members graduation. It started off nice , but halfway through it everyone seemed so lost. The singers weren't sing at the right time, students were walking in the wrong directions, and no one knew where to sit. The staff tried to intervene and that just made things worse. It was disturbing because this was such an important event that was so poorly put together. I would have had several practices before letting the event go on. I would have also come up with a backup plan to follow just in case.
